1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betijil ("betijil", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the betijil website located at betijil.net and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content provided thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

betijil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betijil will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of betijil is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.2 Modification of Services

betijil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any game, feature, promotion, or payment method, without prior notice or liability. betijil shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any portion thereof.

1.3 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The Platform is operated in English and is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be addressed through betijil's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. betijil is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The betijil platform is intended exclusively for adult players. Access to and use of betijil is strictly prohibited for any individual who does not meet all of the eligibility requirements set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use betijil, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a human individual (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated system);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be self-excluded from betijil or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement;
• Not be registered as a problem gambler on any national or regional gambling self-exclusion registry applicable to your location;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Age Verification

betijil applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• A valid Bangladesh passport;
• A driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA);
• A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address.

betijil reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on any account pending the completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period, or where verification documents are found to be fraudulent, will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Responsible Disclosure

If you become aware that a minor is accessing betijil using your account credentials or payment methods, you must notify betijil immediately at [email protected]. betijil will take immediate steps to investigate and, where necessary, close the affected account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betijil services — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and promotions — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and takes approximately two minutes to complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your betijil account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or over);
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh;
• A unique, secure password for your betijil account.

You agree to update your registration information promptly in the event that any of the above details change. betijil reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during registration at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on betijil. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any promotional bonuses or winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be voided and any balance forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betijil account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP when prompted or when available;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify betijil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

betijil processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. betijil does not currently accept card payments, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your chosen payment method's transaction limits
• Deposits are credited to your betijil wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• betijil does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a KYC review

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions
• Withdrawals are paid to the same mobile financial service account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification
• betijil may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not yet been fully verified
• betijil reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

betijil reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• The transaction is suspected of being fraudulent or associated with money laundering;
• The payment account used does not match the name on the registered betijil account;
• The account has not completed the required KYC verification process;
• The transaction would breach betijil's responsible gaming obligations, including where a player is under an active self-exclusion agreement;
• betijil has reason to believe the funds originate from criminal activity.

5. Bonus & Promotions

betijil offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in for each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded solely at the discretion of betijil and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice;
• Each bonus promotion is governed by its own specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period, which are published on the relevant promotion page;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms;
• betijil reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings from any account where it has reason to believe the bonus has been claimed in a fraudulent manner or in breach of these Terms;
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time. Subsequent bonuses may be activated once the current bonus has been either fully wagered or cancelled;
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are always published clearly in the promotion's terms and conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betijil employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that may constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements; using VPN or proxy services to access promotions not available in your region; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on betijil, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and all use of the Platform.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, another player's account, or betijil's backend systems;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in match-fixing, cheating, collusion with other players, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of games or sports markets;
• Use VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or access promotions not available in your region;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the Platform;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse betijil staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about betijil in any public forum.

6.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and in any communication with betijil support. Providing false or misleading information to betijil is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6.3 Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that it is your personal responsibility to manage your gambling activity. betijil strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, use session reminders, and take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. 7. Account Closure

Both you and betijil have the right to close your betijil account in certain circumstances, as set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your betijil account at any time by contacting betijil support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, betijil will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal terms and KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from betijil due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, you may activate betijil's self-exclusion tool directly from your account settings. Self-exclusion periods available are: 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be ceased, and you will not be able to create a new account on betijil. 7.3 Closure by betijil

betijil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Creation of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward betijil staff or other players;
• Any other conduct that betijil reasonably deems to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the wellbeing of its player community.

In cases of account closure initiated by betijil due to a confirmed Terms breach, betijil reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balances and, in cases of fraud or criminal activity, to freeze the account balance pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betijil and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses sustained through gambling on the Platform, whether arising from luck, skill, strategy, or technical factors;
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Platform's availability, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any delay, failure, or error in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket;
• Any loss of data arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside betijil's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

8.1 Platform Availability

betijil strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, betijil does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless betijil and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the Platform.

8.3 Disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of betijil should be submitted to betijil's support team at [email protected] in the first instance. betijil commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a full written response within 14 calendar days. betijil's decision on any dispute will be based on a fair assessment of the available evidence and these Terms.
